**All check in's and check out's must be on a Saturday**  Enjoy an island vacation in your very own private, tropical hide-a-way in our historic and tropical “Lobster Cottage” located just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico in the popular village area where the beautiful Sanibel and Captiva islands meet. Lobster Cottage is a tastefully decorated, fully furnished, fun and comfortable “island” style near-beach cottage. The home provides easy access at ground level and is a comfortable 1 Bed / 1 Bath with all the modern conveniences that sleeps 2. Want to get some sun or cook out? Just step outside to your own large private deck surrounded by tropical foliage providing even more room for sunning, relaxing, or cooking the daily catch (on the grill) while you enjoy the peaceful and tropical surroundings.

The Living Room area boasts a comfortable sofa, recliner chair, 37” flat screen TV, small eat-in dining area and 2 closets/storage. The Kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with new appliances. The updated Master Bedroom includes a King Size Bed, 22' flat screen TV, closet, and the full bathroom includes a tiled tub/ shower combination. High speed internet access is included for those who would like a working vacation. Private parking is included and just steps from the from the front of the house. Beach towels and chairs are also included for your needs as well as a shared and full laundry room. 

Amazing Location! Literally just a 2 minute walk to the the best shelling and sunset beach on Sanibel! Blind Pass, widely regarded as one of the best fishing spots in the entire area, is only a 3 minute walk away! Billy’s bike rentals can also be arranged to deliver to the house and has a variety of bike options to fit your needs.

Pet Friendly Policy: We welcome up to 2 dogs for an extra $150/each, but unfortunately cannot accept the following: Pit Bull, Chow Chow, Akita, Husky, Doberman, Wolf Hybrid, Presa Canaroso, Rottweiler, and Staffordshire Terriers.
